Open to all teens age 13 to 19 with some restrictions*

Entry is based on a limit of available space. This year we are accepting 60 teens. Adding additional entries will be solely at the descretion of the Tournament Directors.

The purpose of the Pro-Teen event is to introduce teenage kids to alternative activities, in our particular case it is tournament bass fishing. It is a chance for kids, who otherwise do not have the opportunity, to enter and participate in a "Pro-Style" tournament event.

$20. Entry Fee which includes:

Tackle pack of great value

Award plaque for top 25 teens

Snack pack and bottled water during the tournament

Raffle ticket

BBQ after the tournament including family and friends.

Tournament location will be announced - will be in or near Oakley on the Delta.

Check in and partner pairing July 28th from 04:30 to 05:30am

Official tournament blast off at 06:00 and weigh in begins at 12:30pm

Dan Matisen Outdoors will cover news & photos for local papers & bass magazines

Fishingkids.com will be featuring results on their website.

* Eligibility will be those teens, ages 13-19, who have never fished in an organized "Pro-Am" tournament or aren't currently fishing in a team circuit.

Deadline to sign up is July 13th, 2002. Entries must be postmarked by this date.

We reserve the right to exclude questionable participants & make changes to the rules based on the descretion of the tournament directors.
